We aim to process and despatch your orders as promptly as possible. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your location and the warehouse from which the item is shipped.

Order Processing & Handling Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Delivery Times:

📍 Local Warehouses (US / Regional): Delivered within 1–3 working days.
🌍 International Warehouses: Delivered within 5–12 working days (exact duration depends on destination customs checks).

Shipping Fees & Calculation:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
Standard Regional Shipping starts from €6.80 (or regional equivalent) depending on weight and location.
We provide trackable shipping methods. Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

For international orders, any customs duties or import charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
