We aim to process and despatch your orders as promptly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the warehouse from which the item is shipped:

📍 Products available in our local warehouses: Delivered within 1–3 working days.
🌍 Products shipped from our international warehouses: Estimated delivery time can be viewed during checkout under the shipping options.

We offer a range of shipping methods to suit your delivery preferences. For customers seeking quicker delivery, we provide expedited shipping alternatives. Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order and the chosen delivery method.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, enabling you to easily follow your order’s progress.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days.

Returned items must be:
Unused, unworn and in their original packaging
With all tags attached

Custom-made or hygiene-related products cannot be returned. Please refer to product descriptions for more details.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process them as quickly as possible. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, less any applicable return postage fees.
